These Terms and your use of the Site are governed by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to its choice of law provisions. However, the Federal Arbitration Act, 9 U.S.C. § 1 et seq., governs all determinations regarding the arbitrability of Disputes and the conduct of arbitration.
The arbitrator shall not issue any injunction. Any injunctive relief may only be sought after the arbitrator has completed the arbitration proceedings, and the arbitrator’s findings of fact and conclusions of law shall not constitute evidence or precedent in any subsequent suit.
